Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review our return and refund policies below for purchases made on Carrizon.com (“the Site”).

Perishable Items (Fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, etc…)
A customer is entitled to a full refund of all perishable goods, provided the formal return claim is initiated within 24 hours after receiving the item, and the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Preserved Items (Canned or packaged goods)
A customer is entitled to a full refund of all canned or packaged food items, provided the formal return claim is initiated within 5 days after the purchase, and the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Perishable Items
A customer is entitled to a full refund of non-perishable items, provided the formal return claim is initiated within 14 days after the purchase, and the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Services
A customer (or store owner) is entitled to a full refund for services rendered only if a formal claim of dissatisfaction has been made within 48 hours after the respective service, provided there has been an actual fault on the part of the service provider.

Digital Products and Services
These would be considered for a full refund only if a formal claim has been made within 48 hours after purchase.

For customers a full refund for digital products or services would be applied only if a formal claim of dissatisfaction has been made within 48 hours,  within the eligibility period beginning the moment the respective purchase was made. This only applies if there is an actual fault on the part of the digital product provider.

After the respective refund/return windows have been closed, all refunds/returns will be at the discretion of each individual seller/store owner. However, if a customer has suffered some wrong or injustice at the hands of a seller/store owner, Carrizon reserves the right to intervene and assist with the resolution of the dispute.

Refund & Return Procedure (Goods, Services and Digital Products)

To initiate a return…

  1. State formal return claim (within eligibility window period) to Carrizon Express via sending email to refund@carrizon.com including the following:
    • order number
    • date package/service received
    • reason for refund
    • preference of refund
  2. Return the item in its original condition and packaging to seller/dealer
  3. Wait for refund to be processed, duration is variable depending on the refund preference chosen.
  4. For services, exclude step 2.

Once the seller/store owner confirms receipt of the good or confirms approval of refund request for the service, an email confirmation would be sent and the refund should be processed within 3 business days. If payment was made with a bank transfer, bank deposit or credit card, it may take several days for the refund to process depending on your respective bank.

Refund Procedure (Gift cards only)
All Gift Cards are sold on a no refund, exchange or cancellation basis and you agree to these terms and conditions when purchasing a Gift Card or an e-Gift Card. Gift cards expire 365 days after activation.
All purchases made using a gift card may be returned in accordance with the Return Procedure stated above but the customer does not have the option of receiving a cash refund. The customer may however exchange the item or receive credit which can be redeemed on the Site.
